Meet Samir Said.
Samir grew up in the East Bay and has watched Fremont change from a quiet Alameda County town into one of the most competitive housing markets in the country. He founded Firdous Realty in 2017 to serve buyers and sellers who wanted a slower, more careful process — one where the questions get answered before the paperwork gets signed.
Before real estate, Samir spent seven years in operations at a family import business, which is where he learned that trust is the only thing that scales. Every listing at Firdous is priced by Samir personally. Every offer he writes, he explains line by line.
